Are you an HR professional looking to step in to an Advisory position?
I have partnered with a luxury retail brand based in central London who are looking for a new addition to their forward-thinking and collaborative team. They have recently branched out on an international scale and are in need of extra support from an HR perspective, particularly with recruitment. This is a successful and growing organisation, and they want you to be part of it!
Based in the London office, you will be tasked with creating and developing policies and procedures on an international level. Sitting with the HR team, you will also work closely with them in generalist HR tasks such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Employment Law. This will allow you to develop your international remit and really be an expert in the field.
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months, allowing you to gain valuable insight into a well-established and highly reputable retail organisation.
This role involves a high volume of recruitment. If you have experience with being involved in recruitment campaigns, managing a high number of applications, and coordinating interviews, then this could be the role for you. I am also keen to hear from HR professionals with a background in retail.
There is an urgent need for this hire, therefore I am looking to speak with people who are immediately available or on short notice.
