A world leading technology organisation is looking for an experienced Snr HR Risk & Compliance Manager to support their continued and rapid expansion. They will be part of a global team responsible for managing compliance programmes that include assessing and monitoring key HR and employment related risks in countries where the business is currently operating or wishes do business.
The key focus of the Snr HR Risk and Compliance Manager will be working with the global HR operations teams to manage complex pay equity and government reporting regulations. This will include understanding the legal and regulatory requirements with employment attorneys and creating a framework for effective processes and controls to ensure requirements are met consistently and to develop measures to mitigate risk.
Responsibilities will include owning global pay equity and other HR compliance initiatives and running project plans and schedules around this. Working closely with legal partners and other internal colleagues you will need to identify potential issues and come up with solutions which you will present to stakeholders. You will also present your project summaries and reports to senior leaders and have full responsibility of the overall project plan and any related troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR or employment related legal compliance and have experience as a project or program manager. You will also have experience analysing or researching workplace compensation. You will be highly organised, be able to develop strong internal relationships, have a keen attention to detail and enjoy designing new process with exceptional written and verbal communications.
