A world class investment/asset management business is now looking to recruit a Benefits Manager to look after their EMEA & APAC region. This rewarding role will own local programmes and projects across EMEA (15 locations) and APAC (5), and will directly manage staff in both London and Singapore. You will be accountable for partnering/coaching with local HR teams and stakeholders to deliver benefits expertise, management and direction. Working with the Head of Global Benefits you'll help evolve the international benefits strategy and delivery model ensuring market competitiveness (cost and design) and compliance in all EMEA and APAC locations. This pivotal role will have lead responsibility for ensuring that staff in these regions are receiving exceptional client service from both internal resources and vendor partners and you'll act as a project team member responsible for delivery and providing subject matter expertise. As a result the business is keen to meet Benefit Managers who have had some exposure to financial services (investment management preferred), together with experience of benefits management & design, wellness program design, implementation and operation across EMEA, APAC to include experience supporting UK Pension Trustees.
