Join this Financial Services Organisation as Internal Recruitment Consultant where you will be managing full lifecycle recruitment across specialist financial functions within the business, covering permanent and contract hires.
Managing multiple roles your responsibilities will cover stakeholder management, advertising vacancies, developing recruitment plans, screening CV's, liaising with external Agencies, interviewing candidates as well as extending offers and contracts. Utilising their HRIS to process, manage and review all recruitment activity.
Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role with the financial services or professional services sector is essential where you are comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
This 12 month contract is ideally to start ASAP but we can work with notice periods, based in Melbourne CBD.
