Your new company have exciting growth plans and central to this growth is the development of the recruitment team and so I am now supporting them to find an Internal Recruiter on a 9 Month Contract basis. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment of a particular business area from beginning to end.
Within this business areas you will personally recruit for sales, customer services and people managers at various levels. You will work together with business leaders and hiring managers to understand the skills & experience required to do a job. You will take the brief and put together a job description, you will directly source for vacancies and engage with recruitment agencies on the PSL for challenging roles. You will be hands on throughout the interview processes - conducting telephone interviews, participating in face to face interviews where needed and feedback to all candidates in process. You will make offers of employment and pass along unsuccessful feedback.
In order to be successful in your application you need to demonstrate strong recruitment experience, ideally gained in both agency and in-house environments. You have high volume recruitment experience and are excellent at prioritisation and multi-tasking. You have strong stakeholder management experience - challenging expectations and providing solutions to challenging recruitment. You are a team player - you are commercial and comfortable working in a KPI driven environment (cost per hire, time to hire etc). You are also available to start at short notice.
