I am currently partnering with an exciting IT and technology business who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their on an interim basis.
You will be tasked with working within the Talent team, consulting on best practice and ensuring that the recruitment process is the best it can be. You will also liaise with hiring managers in understanding what they are looking for as well as building valuable relationships agencies. This will allow you to build upon your recruitment experience and expand your network, being able to spend time with real experts in the market.
You will manage the entire recruitment process: from writing eye-catching adverts, managing applications on all platforms, shortlisting or directly sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, carrying out compliance checks, and being responsible for a positive on-boarding experience. This will give you the chance to be creative and allow your personality to shine through. Not only will this help with building your own brand, it's the opportunity to represent the organisation and provide a valuable first impression.
This is an interim opportunity (4-6 weeks) paying an annual equivalent of £35,000 to £40,000.
