A great, newly created 6 month interim role now exists at a global professional services business for a senior reward manager. Designed to help land a number of critical reward projects, this role will engage across the total reward landscape and deliver senior level expertise across compensation review, benchmarking, pay frameworks and benefit harmonisation across their global office network. Reporting into the HRD you will partner with multiple stakeholders to help create robust reward models that the business can then deploy and refine. Critical is the ability to join in December/early Jan and be able to commit to 6 months tenure.
