We currently have a fantastic interim opportunity with a reputable property firm based in London. The organisation is going through some change and looking for a Senior HR Manager to come on board for 3-6 month contract to temporarily manage the HR team and focus on the Partner group.
Therefore, this role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and is able to influence and challenge where appropriate. Alongside providing technical guidance to the HR Manager and HR Assistant, you will also be expected to support the RemCo to conduct fair partner remuneration reviews and manage the annual bonus reviews for all employees.
In addition, the role take overall responsibility for all lateral and graduate hires across the firm and you will have the chance to further develop the wider HR strategy.
The firm would ideally like to get a contractor on board who has worked in professional services previously and understands the complexities partnership. This is an exciting time to join the business and you will have the opportunity to coach managers through this period of change.
