A global law firm is now looking to hire an Interim Reward Manager on an initial 12 month contract working in their London HQ (City). Reporting into the EMEA Head of Reward, this role will be responsible for the operational delivery of the annual compensation cycle, playing a key, detailed role in all associated preparatory and analytics activities. Candidates are sought who will enjoy frequent interaction with senior stakeholders across the business and will also pursue high quality operational excellence using expert level excel understanding to maximum effect. This is a highly involved role by virtue of the numbers of countries and senior level stakeholders involved and would suit an individual looking to work within a complex matrixed environment. This senior level role is ideal for a compensation specialist looking to remain in a pure reward role, whilst building out their jurisdictional remit. This role offers an interesting mix of both strategic and operational support, helping to evolve the firm's reward philosophy whilst providing a high-touch service to the stakeholders. As a result the firm is looking to meet candidates with a solid background in reward, hopefully one that has at least an EMEA remit and one that includes both an operational and strategic delivery. Essential is experience of benchmarking (WTW), job grading and being the reward SME within a smaller P&R team. The firm are fully open on industry sector.
