A global Insurance business is now looking to hire an Interim Reward Manager on an initial 6 month contract working in their London HQ (City). Reporting into the Global Reward Lead, this role will engage with all local Reward issues, from analysing data, making recommendations, compiling retention letters etc.
This senior level role would be ideal for a compensation specialist looking to remain in a pure reward role, whilst building out their jurisdictional remit. This role will offer an interesting spread of both strategic and operational support, helping to evolve the firm's reward philosophy whilst providing a high-touch service to the stakeholders.
As a result the firm is looking to meet candidates with a solid background in reward, hopefully one that has at least an EMEA remit and one that includes both an operational and strategic delivery. Essential is experience of benchmarking, job grading and being the reward SME within a smaller P&R team. The firm are fully open on industry sector.
