Interim Reward Consultant/Head of C&B's

My Bristol based client is looking for an Interim Reward Consultant initially on a 3 month basis but this is likely to be extended.

Due to the nature of the role and the assignment, you must be an experienced Senior or Head of C&B's professional who is able to hit the ground running from day 1 and able to start immediately.

The assignment will be responsible for a number of key projects including: reviewing and managing benefits renewals, pay reviews, reviewing current reward processes and supporting on a harmonisation project.

You will be experienced in all areas of Reward and Benefits and able start prior to Christmas or on the 4th January 2021. This assignment will be WFH so applications are welcomed from UK based Reward professionals.
