My client, an instantly recognisable organisation, is seeking an interim Resourcing Manager on a long term interim contract.
Operating as Resourcing Manager for a company of c.900 people, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment throughout the organisation. This will incorporate working closely with hiring managers, defining job briefs, sourcing candidates, interviewing and liaising closely with a select handful of agency partners to ensure that the business continues to attract the best talent as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
In addition, you will manage a team of 2, have the opportunity to lead on the selection and integration of a new ATS, refine their competency framework and support on the wider D&I agenda.
The successful candidate will have significant in-house recruitment experience (5+ years minimum), be comfortable managing a significant number of hires (c.300 hires annually) across multiple disciplines. In return you will work for a well known, diverse organisation that can offer an attractive package on a long term contract.
Whilst keen to secure someone quickly, given the length of the contract, the client is open to candidates on a notice period as well as those immediately available.
The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
