I'm currently working with a global legal practice to identify an interim recruitment partner to provide support and expertise to the firm in its ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months. You will be joining at an exciting time with a particular focus on growing a team of lawyers in the newly created Dublin office.
This will involve owning a portfolio of vacancies end to end and working with the Country Managing Partner in Ireland to develop a successful recruitment campaign and build talent pools for the future.
You will also be responsible for:
- Driving quality and consistency in the approach to selection and assessment of external talent through up-skilling managers and aligning hiring decisions to the value of the firm
- Developing and maintaining long term relationships with the PSL and facilitating the partner relationship with these external suppliers
- Ensuring an effective candidate experience from initial sourcing through to inductions and integration
- Implementing technology platforms to support recruitment and reporting on key metrics to demonstrate ROI
The successful candidate would ideally come from a strong in-house legal recruitment background with experience of managing vacancies and successfully implementing recruitment initiatives and projects end to end. You must have the credibility and confidence to take the lead in managing stakeholders during the recruitment process and the ability to manage a high-volume workload to be considered for this role. In addition, experience of building out offices in regional sites and developing talent pipelines for new locations would be really beneficial.
