As the interim internal recruiter, you will work closely and quickly with the senior management team to decide what the priorities are and how to take the business to market. You will deliver some competition analysis, benchmarking and start sourcing top talent. This will require some direct sourcing and some agency support, but you will have to create slick processes and frameworks to leave behind so that that future operational HR and/or recruitment professionals can deliver recruitment requirements with the infrastructure you've built.
