The Interim Regional HR Director will cover the APAC regions and will be supported with a strong team of specialists sitting in Hong Kong and their global headquarter. The incumbent will act as a true HRBP on leading the team sitting in Hong Kong and advising on HR-related issues to the business heads. He/She will overlook the year-end cycle and announcement supported by the Rewards team. This person will also play an active part in workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
The suitable candidate should be a strong communicator working closely with executive level stakeholders and the rest of the HR team across the globe. Ideally, the incumbent will have at least 12 years of regional HR experience leading a team. Eligibility to work in Hong Kong is a must. This interim role will ideally start asap on a 6-8 months basis with contract-end gratuity.
