My client, one of the leading charities in the UK, are seeking an experienced Interim HR Consultant to help them through a period of change. The contract will be for a month initially with the opportunity for extension.
The ideal candidate will be experienced and well-versed within operational HR, and able to get stuck into a hands-on role quickly. The position will be largely admin focused and centred around a salary bench marking project whereby you will need to be proactive in sourcing relevant information externally and then advising senior stakeholders. You would also be responsible for the creation of new job descriptions, bench marking and analysis.
The role will also cover generalist HR duties including ER management, L & D and HR Projects.
