I am currently working with a market leader within the academic sector, to recruit an experienced ER Specialist to support the business and employees with all people related queries, actions or issues. This role is working for a highly supportive business with a positive culture and strong values.
You will have overall responsibility for the employee relations department working closely with Senior HR BP's to ensure all ER projects are delivered with the best possible outcome for employees and the business.
You will be responsible for overseeing a small team, providing support, advice and guidance. Completing 121's, mid and annual appraisals and other performance activities. Developing and delivering coaching and training sessions to managers on a range of subjects relating to ER or policy. Full case management of escalated or complex ER cases in line with policies and current legislation and identify and mitigate any risk within the business relating to ER activities.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced ER Specialist that is happy to work as an interim to deliver effectively and accurately on projects, you will also be CIPD qualified, and have strong engagement and communication skills.
