You will be responsible for all recruitment related administration which includes; liaising with agencies and candidates in order to arrange interviews, booking interview rooms, preparing interview packs to send to candidates, arranging and organising the recruitment business partners diary, passing along both successful and unsuccessful feedback both directly to candidates and via agency. You will be the first point of contact for recruitment related calls.

You may have internal recruitment experience, recruitment agency or strong administrative experience - what is more important for this position is your ability to work with urgency and a good work ethic. You must be highly organised,enjoy diary management and coordination. Due to the high volume of work they are currently experiencing you may have the opportunity to further expand your skills and potentially have your contract extended.

You will work in brand new offices with further expansion plans,you will have the opportunity to develop or gain in-house recruitment coordination experience.
