I am excited to be working with a world class organisation to help them recruit an In House Recruiter for their office in Bristol. This organisation has doubled in sized in the last 5 years and has impressive growth plans to double again. They are focused on their approach and offer world class services within the Digital and Technical markets to their diverse client groups.
They are looking to expand their Recruitment function which is an integral part of the HR team and wider business. To achieve their growth they need the top talent working for them.
As the In-House Recruiter you will provide end to end strategic and innovative resourcing solutions to ensure a seamless and cost effective Recruitment Service. You will focus on research and sourcing of candidates utilising various methods to include, Direct Marketing, Job Boards, Networking Events, LinkedIn Recruiter and Headhunting. You will create and build a talent pipeline for various roles enabling you to focus on speed/time to hire and reduce agency spend. You will support the Head of Recruitment in the implementation and delivery of the Resourcing Strategy and associated projects, this will give you huge exposure across the business and a presence with internal stakeholders and hiring managers. You will think creatively and strategically about your talent pools and develop a deep knowledge of various candidate pools allowing you to pinpoint top talent quickly and establish what good looks like. You will produce statistical analysis on recruitment for business areas, including regular updates on cost saving and recruitment spend to the business, highlighting ways to increase return on investment and value for money.
This is a great role for a forward thinking and commercial Recruiter who is looking for a new challenge within a rapidly expanding business. You will be given autonomy within the role and will be expected to present fresh and innovative ideas on candidate attraction. It is essential that you have worked within an In House Recruiter position and ideally have a mix of inhouse and agency experience. You will have excellent communication skills along with great attention to detail and the ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders. You will be tenacious and persistence to seek and secure top talent and any experience of recruiting within the Digital and Tech space would be a huge advantage.
Salary for this role is £33K-£40K depending on experience with a good benefits package. You will be based in great offices in Bristol and will work very closely with the HR team. Although the role is Bristol based you will be expected to travel to London as and when required.
