We are working with a medical device industry client based in Lexington, MA in their efforts to hire an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be one of 4 business partner resources on the team with the support of a center of excellence HR model, reporting into an HR Director who sits onsite. This is a replacement for an incumbent who was based remotely, but in light of that individual's departure, our client has made the decision to replace the role in this division's brand new, state-of-the-art facility.
The HR Manager will manage all aspects of day-to-day HR service delivery, as well as strategic advisory services, for their assigned client group which will consist of sales, service and one of the company's product lines. A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation management is required. Prior experience in the life sciences industry, supporting a sales population, and/or playing a role in sales comp design would be advantageous.
