A renowned MNC within the Oil & Gas industry. It is a highly stable company with consistent growth. They are looking for a Russian-speaking Human Resources Manager to be part of the team. Russian language is required as you will be liaising with your Russian counterparts. You will find great exposure and learning opportunities with this company.

Job Description

You will be a true Generalist and someone who takes pride in working in a sole contributor role where relationships are key. This incumbent will play a pivotal role, taking care of both strategic and operational scope. It is an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as a Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the Director, you will be a key member of the management team and play an advisory role on all human capital matters - sharing the best practices and providing advice/guidance to respective stakeholders. This is both a strategic and operational role. You will also support day to day operations and design HR strategies to meet business goals. A big part of the scope is Recruitment - across levels and functions. Key to your success will be proactive attitude and drive.

The Successful Applicant

An all-rounder with at least 5-8 years of experience in HR (strong in Recruitment). You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, taking charge of a full spectrum of human resource functions including developing policies, directing and coordinating HR activities such as recruitment (from sourcing to offer management), compensation & benefits, performance review, employee engagement and relations, organization learning and development, employee services and any HR-related matters.
