Our client is a mid-sized professional services firm supporting cutting-edge project work on a global basis. Reporting to the CHRO, the Human Resources Manager will be based out of the firm's Midtown NYC location and will support 3 local offices, with some travel necessary within the greater NYC area. This is a well-rounded generalist role, supporting employee relations, recruitment, staffing, performance management, and managing benefit queries. The HR Manager will have the opportunity to manage a resource and hone their skill set under a committed leader.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with a record of stable experience, ideally 7-10 years, in small-mid sized professional services environments, with exposure to a billable hours environment being preferred but not required. Broad generalist experience including recruiting will lend itself best to this role. Some management experience would be welcomed, as the HR Manager will have the opportunity to hire a Generalist to work along-side them.
