I am working with a boutique insurance firm who are seeking an HR Consultant on an initial 6 month FTC. This role will handle the HR M&A offering internally as the business looks to grow through acquisition, so will require somebody with an extensive background in TUPE, redundancy and M&A. The client is part of a larger Australian headquartered business but this role will focus purely on the EMEA offering. IT IS ESSENTIAL that someone has experience with HR M&A in the insurance sector, ideally related to the Lloyds Market space.
Leading on the HR due diligence process including the assessment of potential companies, providing HR consultation to the senior leadership team within the business and also advising on appropriate M&A practice and post-deal integration this is a complex and demanding role. If you are looking for a business where you will be given autonomy and the chance to forge direct relationships with your clients, but held to high expectations then this could be a great role for you.
HR operates in a collaborative and advisory manner, so if you have a strong analytical mindset with a background in managing multiple projects this will be a great fit. The client is looking for somebody to join fairly quickly and the role reports into the Chief Administration Officer.
