Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with extensive experience in the organisational design space? My client is a global investment bank going through a number of change and transformation projects, with HR setting the lead on this agenda. The HR Business Partner roles are client aligned, handling the day to day relationships with the Business Leads and also driving engagement with the affected employees.
Whilst handling the complex OD work, the roles will also act as classic HR Generalists, operating alongside well established Centres of Excellence to offer a tailored service to the business. As this client operates in over 40 countries globally and has over 2000 employees this will suit an HR professional who has succeeded in large scale and complex multinationals with an ability to influence commercial leaders.
Whilst financial services experience isn't essential, the client groups range from Investment Banking (IB), Technology, Corporate Functions and more so will be a varied and culturally diverse collection. If you are a true BP, used to operating at the frontline alongside the business, this will definitely be a challenging and engaging role. Speed is a key component, with a strong grounding in performance management, talent and succession planning, L&D and the annual compensation/performance reviews.
This is a 12 month FTC and will report into the Head of HR Business Partners. The role will pay competitively with a very strong broader benefits package. Ultimately the business will hire on the cultural and personality fit, with an engaging and down to earth style very well suited to the business.
