This role will have complete autonomy for a complex client group across EMEA, with a focus on change management and HR projects including growth and performance management. Reporting into a Head of HR/Senior BP the position requires someone who is used to working in a fast paced and matrixed environment with Centres of Excellence as support.
HR is a low-ego and down to earth team with an ability to shape commercial strategy and drive engagement processes, so people who are used to driving challenging strategic projects is essential. The senior leadership team do not micro-manage, so autonomous and go-getting business partners will succeed very well here. The business has varied client groups, generally containing around 250 employees and require somebody with 2-3 years as a business facing HR Partner.
