A fantastic Human Resources Assistant opportunity has opened up with an international law firm, on a permanent basis. The Salary on offer is between £28,000 - £33,000 dependent on the experience you are able to bring to this role.

As the Human Resources assistant you will be delivering high quality HR services involving day to day responsibilities such as dealing with manager and employee queries, discussing probation, exit interviews, leave, flexible working, and health and performance management. You will also be assisting your HR advisors and business partners on HR issues and employee relations. You will be required to support with cyclical HR activity including performance reviews and annual rewards. Other responsibilities you will have includes working with your colleagues to contribute towards constant improvement across the HR functioning, and ensuring a steady workflow for the HR administration team. You will also be required to ensure that Filesite is reviewed consistently for data labelling and filing.

As the ideal HR assistant, your knowledge of IT and HR processes will be of a great advantage to you, along with your ability to pay attention to detail, and strong written and spoken English. The relationships that you build will be based upon trust, respect and service delivery. You will deliver customer service in a proactive manner, and be flexible according to the business's needs.
