With a heavier focus on operational excellence, they are looking for a junior business partner to be based in their Singapore office.

Job Description

Reporting to the Section Manager, you will be the HR Business Partner for HR operations within South East Asia covering a total headcount of approximately 600 people. You will be responsible for executing the HR Strategy which is aligned to the company's business growth strategy. This includes ensuring professional HR support is given to the business and develop, implement and maintain the required HR policies, procedures and tools. Additionally, they are continuously striving for operational excellence and this individual would be responsible for process improvements and streamlining.

The Successful Applicant

You should ideally be a highly driven individual with at least 4 years of HRBP/Generalist experience with at least 2 years in pure business partnering, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. The ideal candidate should have worked in international organizations and be able to manage international stakeholders and a matrix environment. Given the HR business partnering nature of the role, someone coming from an analytical and unionised background would be ideal but not necessary. The successful applicant should possess a mindset of continuous improvement, have some strategic elements to HR and how to move towards that direction.
