My client, a market leader within the AI Health service, are seeking an immediately available HR BP to support across their Clinical Operations team on a 2 month contract.
The HR BP will be responsible for supporting the Senior HR BP across both generalist operational duties and HR Projects. You will need to advise on all aspects of employee relations and life-cycle, providing pragmatic guidance on key policies and processes. Talent planning with leaders to enable development, aid retention and create stability through succession planning. Working with leaders to identify skills gaps both immediate and long term to build training plans to support individual and business growth. Build credible relationships across the business, becoming a trusted partner and building the people brand.
Key projects you will be able to lead on will include:
- Piloting of new flexible working contracts
- Workforce planning
- L & D initiatives
- Remote workforce engagement
