Frazer Jones is now partnering with a global rating agency to source a HRIS Support Analyst on a permanent basis. They are a niche player within the Financial Services industry with over 50 offices worldwide. They are also passionate about maintaining a nice, friendly, and professional environment.
As their HRIS Support Analyst, you will Support the existing HRIS team in managing the SAP Success Factors system by performing data loads, data corrections, adding and maintaining configuration.
Duties will include:
- Support the users of the SAP Success Factors system by monitoring the team inbox and answering calls related to system and data issues
- Testing of new functionality and ownership of change requests/release process
- Monitor data audit exception reports and liaising with the business to resolve data issues
- Updating user guides for end users and HR
To be considered, you must possess an excellent customer-oriented approach, experience of maintaining HRIS systems and a proficiency in MS Excel including data cleansing analysis, formatting, vlookups and pivot tables. SAP Success Factor experience is a plus
