Leading a program of work to implement an Oracle HRIS module as part of a regional rollout, key responsibilities will include:
- Developing processes & materials to support all program administration
- Manage system changes, enhancements & continual improvement
- Build & run system reports to support business needs
- Identify data patterns & trends to provide commercial business insights
As the ideal candidate, you will have a passion for HR systems, process improvement and the innovate utilisation of data. Working knowledge of Oracle & Taleo and exception stakeholder management skills, will ensure you hit the ground running.
