A global financial services business is now looking to recruit an HRIS Senior Manager to lead their function and own the global adoption of their Workday system. As a result they are keen to meet candidates who have a strong HRIS & MI background, together with advanced Workday experience who can provide a strategic system view and lead HRIS system development. This pivotal role will see you acting as the technical SME for Workday, managing international HRIS projects and driving HR system reporting/analytics agendas. You will develop/maintain the HRIS roadmap and build strong relationships with key stakeholder functions (e.g., HR, IT and Finance) making configuration changes, troubleshooting errors, field queries, run reporting and leading HR, Manager and Employee Training on new and existing Workday processes and functions. As a result candidates are are sought who are already eligible to live and work unrestricted in the UK, have experience in post adoption/implimentation improvement projects in Workday and can drive improvement/ adoption across EMEA, APAC & LATAM.
