My client is a global business who are looking to hire an HR Business Partner based in Birmingham on a permanent basis and responsible for partnering an IT/Technology client group. This is a true Business Partnering model and you will effectively partner a senior leadership team and stakeholders to design, develop and deliver the people strategy, change and operations agenda, while working closely with the COE and Shared Services. You will be responsible for managing and delivering a number of key programmes and will drive continuous improvement.
While open to sector the client is ideally looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has managed an IT/Technology client group or have worked within a Technology led business. The preference is for a large and agile matrix business, where you will have worked in a strategic capacity with senior leadership teams and can evidence a strong track record of managing and delivering complex change/transformation programmes. You will possess strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to influence and manage relationships at senior levels.
