About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be managing daily HR activities from on-boarding all the way up to off-boarding. This HR Generalist will work closely with the management team and is also the key point of contact for any HR-related and ER-related matter. You will also be responsible for managing various HR projects such a Diversity and Inclusion, Succession Planning, and Annual Surveys. This position serves as a consultant to the business on all human resource-related issues.
The successful applicant:
Ideally, you should have at least 12+ years of progressive HR experience in the legal industry. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders.
