I am urgently recruiting for an HR Business Partner to cover a 6 Month Contract with a hugely successful organisation in Swindon currently in a period of transition.
You will undertake a strategic business partnering position responsible for driving the translation of business strategy to HR strategy and organisational needs to HR solutions and plans. You will be based in Swindon and will support the engineering and quality departments, managing relationship with function leads. You will support them in achieving business goals to hire, engage, and develop top talent which will feed into short and long-term business success.
You will work for a well known reputable organisation that is investing heavily on site. You will have an opportunity to support the development of strategy and add commercial value when decision making. You will play a leading part in the smooth integration of policies and processes within these departments.
As this is an urgent requirement am looking to speak to HR professionals available at short notice, strong communicators who have worked for an international engineering or manufacturing organisation. It would be advantageous to have business partnering experience gained within an organisation experience significant change, an acquisition or integration.
