A great, newly created HR Systems Manager role is now available within an exciting professional services firm. Based in sumptuous City offices (Bank/Liverpool Street) this role has evolved at an exciting time for the firm, as they transition from their legacy HR system onto Workday. Reporting into the Director of Reward & Performance, this role will deliver both BAU and large-scale improvement projects across the Workday landscape. As a result the firm is keen to meet HRIS Managers with previous end-to-end Workday implementation experience, who can span a wide operational remit covering both the day-to-day technical aspects as well as advise the firm on realising their long-term strategic HRIS vision. This pivotal role will see you acting as the technical SME for Workday within the firm globally, managing international HRIS projects and driving HR system reporting/analytics agendas. You will develop/maintain the HRIS roadmap and build strong relationships with key stakeholder functions (e.g., HR, IT and Finance) making configuration changes, troubleshooting errors, field queries, run reporting and leading HR, Manager and Employee Training on new and existing Workday processes and functions. As a result candidates are sought who are already eligible to live and work unrestricted in the UK, have experience in post adoption/implementation improvement projects in Workday and can drive system improvement.
