Are you an experienced HRIS Manager looking for your next challenge? This leading law firm in Central London have a number of ongoing HR Systems projects, and they need your help.
You will manage a small team, and ensure that the various HR systems remain operationally effective. Your line manager is very approachable, and will give you the autonomy and responsibility you need to be able to deliver. You'll take part in a number of projects and liaise with senior stakeholders, to make sure the HR Systems Team are providing the best possible service to the business.
Your experience of managing multiple HR systems, including L&D and recruitment systems, will be a major benefit to my client. Any experience with Select HR or Cornerstone will be highly valued, but if you are keen to learn and can pick up new systems quickly then you will be a definite asset to the business, so please apply even if you have not used those systems. You will directly manage and develop a small team, and previous people management experience will enable you to make this part of the role a great success.
