An iconic retail brand is now on the hunt for an Interim HR Systems and Data Manager to join their HR function to cover the absence of their permanent incumbent. The brand has over one thousand employees across the UK and The Globe. The role is based in their central London offices where you'll work very closely with the Head of HR.
You will be responsible for everything HRIS from an operational and configuring perspective, as well as responsible for people data and metrics. You will design and build reports to inform business stakeholders of people trends, and you will manipulate and mould data into meaningful formats through Power BI and other visualisation and presentation methods.
You'll be responsible for the delivery of regular MI reporting including monthly reporting packs at both brand-wide and business unit levels to drive data-driven decision making using 'best practice HR analytics'. When you start the position, you'll be required to assess what's in place from a reporting and analytics perspective, put forward best practice recommendations, and then implement them. There are various projects on the agenda such as building a tool suitable for assessing gender and ethnicity compensation disparities and enhancing Gender Pay Gap reporting. In the role, you'll create and maintain dashboards, identify trends and focus points as well as deliver presentations on your findings. The successful candidate will develop innovative ways to explain data trends and create engaging interpretable visual data aids.
