Are you an expert in HRIS with experience of advising on Health and Safety issues? This blended role at an organisation in the City will need your knowledge of both. This is a permanent, full-time role in the City of London.
On the HRIS side, you'll act as super user and ensure that data is input accurately and on time. You'll produce regular MI and reports, including to payroll, and carry out data audits.
On the Health and Safety side, you'll ensure that statutory and compliance regulations are met, and act as a first point of contact and advice on H&S queries.
You'll need advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities, with demonstrable knowledge of HR Information Systems and experience of managing Health and Safety. You should have good knowledge of how the broader HR function operates.
