Are you an HRIS professional looking for a role that enables you to develop new skills, with an international component? Do you want to leave your mark on a business? This global law firm have a number of systems change projects coming up, and need your support. Based in Central London, this is initially a 12-month contract - but with so many projects to work on there is a strong possibility of it being extended.
You will help the business with a number of critical projects, including building self-service reports for HR and the selection and implementation of a new, cloud-based HRIS. There is a huge appetite for change among senior management, and your work will be immensely valued by the business. You will assist with business as usual systems management and reporting requests, playing a key part in the business and enabling them to make commercially important decisions.
Your experience of HR systems management and data reporting will be a major benefit to our client, and your excellent Excel skills will be heavily relied upon. You will liaise regularly with senior non-technical stakeholders, and you will need to communicate systems and analytics in a way they understand - you'll need to be able to make data tell a story.
