Our client is a leading Asset Management Firm, whom are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide coverage on a temporary basis. The contract will be for a period of 7-9 months and this person will report directly to the HR Manager. The incumbent will assist the team in all HR matters including but not limited to posting open vacancies, interview scheduling, onboarding, invoicing management and other HR administration tasks. This is a fast paced environment where you will have the opportunity to be involved in HR generalist and benefits tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- BA/BS degree with a concentration in a business related field.
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and high attention to detail
