We are partnering with an iconic trading firm in New York City (Midtown) who are seeking an inhouse Recruitment Specialist to head up the entire department and run the recruitment for both New York and overseas.
Our client is a small but growing prop trading firm with a very successful track record. Reporting directly to the CEO, you would need to recruit mainly high-profile senior exec appointments but also other key hires, including local interns for their popular summer program.
The firm need a Recruiting Specialist with a strong finance led background who can take over the whole entire process and is comfortable working independently on up to 6 searches at once. There is also the chance to be active in on-boarding and other HR areas if you wish, as well as grow your own team.
This Organization is famous for its long-standing employees and its mature working environment. Someone who is comfortable working weekdays in the office (when the time allows) is important, as they want this individual to be a face of recruitment in the organization and regualrly strategize with senior members of the board on key hiring targets.
- A minimum of 5 years recruiting within the finance sector (either inhouse or agency or both)
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passion
- Notable past success in hiring senior level professionals and potentially graduates too
