This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR professional with strong HR operations and project management to join a global technology business based near Slough.
This is a key new role in the HR team which will be supporting the delivery of the target operating model, monitoring against the progress of their people plan. You will also be involved involved in leading the HR communications and engagement plan. You will project lead global policy and process review work, creating trackers and programme updates, as well as creating policies and supporting tools.
As this is a new role you will have the opportunity to mould and shape it. In order to be successful in this role you will have experience in HR project management and will have strong analytical skills. You may be a HRBP with strong projects experience or a HR Operations or HR Projects manager. You will understand how to navigate a global organisation. You will be able to quickly build relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications such as Prince 2 would be beneficial.

Salary - £50-55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
