A UK focused financial services company that works with over a million individuals and businesses across the UK are looking to recruit a HR People Services Team Manager to lead their People Services team to deliver great customer service by providing efficient and accurate administrative support.
As the HR People Services Team Manager, you will ensure the People Services team will provide a high level of service and accuracy to all internal and external customer at all times and by ensuring all SLA's are met. You will continuously look at way to improve the support function through process improvements and by working closely with the wider HR team in understanding the needs of the business.
The role is based in Staines and provides an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to build a positive reputation out in the business by ensuring the smooth operation of HR administration. To be successful within this role you will be able to demonstrate success in delivering process efficiency projects within an HR environment and with 4 direct reports you must also have management experience. You will possess high attention to detail with an ability to achieve efficient high accuracy.
You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have or have the desire to work towards a Lean Six Sigma.
