Our client, a leading financial institution with a presence in 50 countries globally is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Leader in a new role that is overseeing a team of specialists across the Americas region (Nashville, TN).
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who likes to manage projects, work with global teams, and is skilled at communicating with business leaders at all levels. With a focus on vendor management, executing on benefits administration, and risk governance, this individual will be re-defining roles and responsibilities within the function and be a client centric and hands on leader. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in payroll/benefits. Project management skills, experience with systems implementations, along with highly impressive communication and problem-solving skills (Spanish bilingual is highly desirable) to apply to a wide range of HR issues are key to this role.
This role is currently remote, but will eventually need to be in the office on a hybrid basis for 2-3 days per week (with flexibility).
