- You will be providing key HR transactional support and advice key support to stakeholders across the business. Therefore having HR operations experience previously will be beneficial when looking after these.
- You take ownership of the administration behind different processes such as on-boarding, document management, pre-employment checks, so you will need to be highly organised and efficient.
- You will be leading various process so you will need to have a great understanding of pre-employment process such as contracts and pre-employment checks and screening.
The role is paying around £30- £35K depending on experience (annual equivalent).
