HR Operations Manager, Benefits & Payroll
130s on base salary plus bonus
Our client is an elite, mid-sized and global professional services firm that is seeking a HR Operations-oriented leader to oversee on-going optimization of their Benefits & Payroll processes and systems, in addition to leading reporting, compliance, audit and communications efforts. This role will partner with the Payroll, Benefits and HRIS leader and managers to maintain oversight of and drive innovation in their day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will bring a background in one or ideally both Benefits and Payroll, and must also bring experience in process improvement via a background in HR operations, human capital consulting or other avenues. They will bring excellent analytical and technical skills at it relates to reporting and HR systems.
This is a unique role marrying a deep understanding of Benefits and Payroll activities with process improvement expertise, and will join a well-established team with an excellent leader.
