Working closely with the leadership team to develop suitable content, ensure team capability and appropriate systems to deliver best in class HR services in a fast paced environment.
Ensure Talent acquisition strategy is fit for purpose, attracting and engaging the right people at the right time. Working closely with HR Business partners on resource plans, succession anticipating business need.
Be the Escalation point for Employee relations issues, ensuring global policies and procedures are up to date and comply with legislation, anticipate changes and deliver comms to the business with stakeholder tool-kits required.
Manage the team delivering the entire life-cycle of transactional services globally such as annual pay review, bonus payments and benefits. utilising lean methodology to drive continuous improvement, streamlining and ensuring cost effectiveness.
