A growing, specialist, cross-sector professional services firm is looking for an HR Operations Manager to provide a seamless service to their clients. Based in the heart of the City, the role will sit within the friendly and collaborative HR team, reporting directly into the Senior HR Associate.
You will play a pivotal role in the HR Operations function alongside the Senior HR Associate, providing a high touch service to clients. The focus of this role will be covering several key areas of HR Operations for the firms portfolio of clients, including; HR Systems, Talent Attraction and Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle Processes, Compensation & Benefits, Management Reporting and Policies & Procedures. While these key processes will be the focus of your role, all members of the team are required to get involved in other areas of the HR offering and you will provide guidance and direction to the HR Administration team.
Although the range of HR Operations you will be covering are broad, there will be a focus on Compensation & Benefits, so prior experience of these areas will be essential in this role. You will be required to source and implement attractive benefit packages for all new clients and carry out the benefit renewals for existing clients. You will manage the auto-enrolment pension process for all clients, as well as supporting the Senior Partners on annual remuneration reviews, bonus reviews, profit share and promotion processes.
You will be a hands-on individual who likes to get involved and support the team where necessary. You will have good negotiation, team management and engagement skills. You will have excellent organisation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
