I am delighted to be partnering a dynamic digital/tech consultancy on their search for a HR Operations Manager.
This global organisation is looking for a confident HR Operations professional to lead a team of 6 in the UK. The business is looking for an established HR professional with strong leadership, people and operational HR skills. The organisation has a complex matrix structure and you'll have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders across the UK and globally.
In this role you'll need to be able to lead and coach your team. You'll drive operational excellence, using people, process improvement, technology and data to deliver efficient processes and ensure a great people experience.
The business is continuing to grow, so you'll need to ensure your team still provides an excelllent experience. A key upcoming project is a move to SuccessFactors.
In order to be successful in this role you'll be a dynamic and ambitious HR professional who is comfortable working at speed and able to deal with ambiguity.
It is really important that you have significant line mangement experience and have worked in a large, complex, global organisation previously, but they are quite open on sector.
Salary: circa £55-65,000 but they could have flexibility for the right candidate + bonus + benefits
Location: Central London, close to major rail and tube links
