A well-established London-based law firm is looking to hire an HR Operations Advisor to sit within their wider HR operations team who provide full HR support to all the employees of the firm. This role, will allow you to identify improvement areas and truly drive the subsequent change within the team. Additionally, this opportunity allows you to manage two HR Operations Administrators and assist them in their development.
In this role, some of your key responsibilities will include: introducing an audit process for the operations team; coordinating and managing monthly payroll administration; ensuring all employee lifecycle events and key documentation are recorded and up to date on the HRIS; acting as the escalation point for any complex cases and queries received by the operations team. You will also have the opportunity to provide key support on various projects within the HR operations team.
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience working within an HR Operations team or working in a stand-alone HR Generalist role. Prior experience of leading a team and working with a wide range of HR processes is key. Additionally, you will have experience using HR systems (such as Cascade) and strong Microsoft Excel skills, with experience using vlookup's, pivot tables and IF statements. Finally, as the ideal candidate, you will experience in proactively identifying development areas and improving HR processes.
